Christina Giuffre and her team at Crescent Realty Group are dedicated to creating a positive impact in their community. With a deep-rooted commitment to helping others and giving back, they are constantly seeking opportunities to make a difference and create positive change. Through partnerships with various local and national organizations, Christina and her team provide support and essential resources to those in need through donations, volunteerism, and other meaningful contributions. If you’re interested in learning more about the people and organizations they work with, we invite you to explore further.

The Association for the Rehabilitation of the Brain Injured

ARBI is a community-based non-profit organization that strives to improve the lives of individuals with a moderate to severe brain injury, including stroke. We unite professionals, volunteers and caregivers throughout Alberta to provide personalized rehabilitation and community integration. Our vision is to create a community where quality rehabilitation is accessible to all individuals with a moderate or severe brain injury, enabling them to live their best life possible.

 The MS Society of Canada

The MS Society provides services to people with multiple sclerosis and their families and funds research to find the cause and cure for this disease. We have a membership of over 7,000 and are the only national voluntary organization in Canada that supports both MS research and services. Since our founding in 1948, the core support of the MS Society has been from tens of thousands of dedicated individuals, companies, and foundations in communities across Canada. The Society receives almost no funding from the government.

 UNICEF Canada

UNICEF has saved more children’s lives than any other humanitarian organization. We work tirelessly to help children and their families, doing whatever it takes to ensure children survive. We provide children with healthcare and immunization, clean water, nutrition and food security, education, emergency relief and more. UNICEF is supported entirely by voluntary donations and helps children regardless of race, religion or politics. As part of the UN, we are active in over 190 countries – more than any other organization. Our determination and our reach are unparalleled. Because nowhere is too far to go to help a child survive.

United Way of Calgary and Area

Everyone needs a hand at one point or another, and everyone deserves a fair shot at a good life. That’s why United Way exists—to improve lives locally. But in a city of nearly 1.4 million people, it is impossible for one individual or organization to respond to all the social needs—strong partnerships are key to creating change in our community. United Way of Calgary and Area operates within a strong network of social services to build a connected system of community support so everyone has access to programs and services when they need them, guaranteeing daily assistance for our community’s most vulnerable people.

 John Soparlo

John Soparlo has a severe case of cerebral palsy. He had a stroke in the womb and was born with this condition. John is unable to walk, talk or even hold his own head up. He has an eye gaze machine which tracks his eyes and can help him communicate but otherwise, he can only communicate with his smile. A large portion of his family’s extra earnings goes toward his equipment: wheelchairs, ramps, supports and other custom items for John.

Christina has supplied John with art supplies so that he can pursue his love for painting. She also sponsored John and his family to fulfill his wish of going to Disneyland in 2020.
